Greetings from Purv International School, Durgapur, West Bengal !
As we have received the primary information from CBSE (Letter no. CBSE/Games/2024, Dt. 29.08.2024) we would like to welcome your team for participating in the Zonal (FEZ) Boxing Tournament- 2024 which is scheduled to be held from 21st – 24th September, 2024.
The Schedule of the tournament are as follows:
Reporting of Participating Schools : 20th September 2024 (6.00 PM onwards) to 21st September 2024 (9.00AM).
21st September 2024 (9.00 AM – 11.00 AM) – Trial Weight will be taken.
22nd September 2024 (8.00 AM – 10.00 AM) – Final Weight will be recorded by the Medical Team.
22nd September 2024 (11.00AM) – The fixture will be prepared by the officials and displayed.
22nd September 2024 (4.30 PM – 9.00 PM) – Inaugural Ceremony followed by the matches.
23rd September 2024 (8.30 AM – 1.00 PM) – 1st Half and (4.00 PM – 9.30 PM) – 2nd Half.
24th September 2024 (8.30 AM – 1.00 PM) – 1st Half and (4.00 PM – 5.30 PM) – Valedictory & Award.

Note:
It is mandatory for all the participating schools to provide the following documents on arrival:
(1) The documents for verification in original should be carried with the team manager (Like Aadhar Card, Birth Certificate, School ID Card, CBSE Sports Admit Card (Generated from the CBSE Sports Portal). Bring also a photocopy of respective original documents duly attested by the Head of the Institute.
(2) CBSE Registration Slip for student/ player studying in class IX and above duly signed by Principal.
(3) For girls participants at least one female escort teacher is mandatory.
(4) For every school maximum two escort teachers (1 Escort Teacher & 1 Team Manager) are allowed.
(5) All participants have to stay in the games village.
(6) No parent is allowed to stay on the school campus.
(7) Team should carry one school flag (6ft x 4ft).
(8) In the Inaugural ceremony students should wear school uniforms.
(9) Participants may carry their own mosquito net.
